I use MHO as my Internet provider. Turns out my wireless broadband antenna has been dying and is now fully dead. Unfortunately, they can’t come fix it until Friday (at the ever convenient window between 9 and 1). So now I’m stuck on dialup — it’s worse than coming off caffeine.
Why, oh why, can’t modern ISPs get something fixed in less than 5 days, and why do they need a 4 hour window for scheduling? Given how much I pay per month for ‘Net service, you would think the support system would be something more….precise.
